Cherry Lips with KORRES natural Cherry lip gloss n.54

Korres Cherry n. 54 Fuchsia Lip Gloss 6ml
Despite the fact the season of shiny lip gloss is nearly over and autumn season is at the door, I was very curious to try KORRES make-up products, especially after trying their Almond and Linseed shampoo which I loved! ( have a read here at my past review if interested :) ).

I love the KORRES brand because all their formulations are developed based on natural ingredients which is great!
There are 10 shades of lip gloss to choose from and the particularity is that they all have a natural formula and contain cherry oil.
Cherry trees are a fantastic resource in the natural world: their dried stalks and the leaves are usually used in herbal medicine while their stones contain oil which are rich in Vitamins A and E. They also have plenty of antioxidants (the good guys that help to prevent and repair damage to your body's tissue).
Another good property of cherry oil is that it's an amazing moisturiser because it gets absorbed very easily by the skin and helps to bring back to life your natural healthy cherry red colour with a nice shine.

The shade I've chosen is a bright vibrant fuchsia. It is a gorgeous shade, very sparkly and lively.
It has a very lovely natural formula with a cherry flavour (of course), not too sticky and not as wet as most of lip gloss. It stays on your lips for a fair amount of time.

What I have noticed about this natural lip gloss is that it tends to dry a bit after wearing for 1 hour or so. It also looses it's shine and glittery look but the pinky shade stays on your lips which is quite nice.

Talking about the price, well it's not the cheapest considering that is a 6ml lip gloss costs £10.04 on Amazon Uk at the moment, however if you are looking for a natural product this would be a good option for you.

Do you guys have a favourite lip gloss? Leave a comment below and let me know which one to try next :)

Also as some of you might have noticed that The Cleanser Beauty Blog has got a new beautiful design (hurrah!!), so let me know how you like it and don't forget to follow me on  Bloglovin' only with a click.

Lots of love,

  1. I've never tried their glosses but I have a couple of their lip butters and a blush. Unfortunately most of their products contain phenoxyethanol—including their glosses—so I no longer purchase from or support this company. :/

    1. Hello there :)
Thanks for passing by and leave your comment. I'm aware KORRES not being the greenest of the companies, but I do find it quiet honest in specifying what are their ingredients and I do like the products I have being using up to now :)
