My Cycling to work easy makeup routine with Bourjois, Clinique, Kiko Makeup Milano, Jouvert and Revlon.

Cycling cycling cycling. I have a love / hate relationship with it.
Of course I like cycling when the sun is shining, when I'm not rushing around, the birds are singing and all around is quiet and peaceful with no cars and no traffic, bliss.
On the other hand, I don't like much cycling into work when I have no time to make myself pretty and I have a tough day ahead of me.

At the moment, with the nice weather we've been having I have a standard easy makeup routine that takes less than 10 minutes. It's a very bright and simple makeup that makes me feel pretty even if I have just cycled 4 miles to work..oh yes!
So if you are looking for  an easy summery makeup looks, this could be the one.

FACE MAKE-UP: I have been loving (for months now) the Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation in Vanilla. I believe this is a really good quality foundation despite the small price and it gives me a gorgeous natural glowy look. It is very easy to apply even if you don't have any brushes or a sponge.
Another product I can't rave enough about is the powderless Clinique Cheek Pop blusher in Berry Pop. This is on the top list of my best blushers at the moment. It has a great pigmentation and stays on for hours. I definitely want to get the other 3 colours available.
To help my tired eyes, I have been using the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer in Light. This is the top concealer at the moment and  I can say I really like using it. The texture and the coverage of this concealer is great and manages to cover all the dark under eyes in few seconds.

ON THE LIPS: I like to keep it casual in work but still it's nice to have a pop of colour on my face. Perfect for the job is the Revlon ColorBurst Lip butter in Wild Watermelon. It's a soft pinkish / reddish lip tint that keeps my lips soft and hydrated but adding a bit of colour to it and I really like to match it to this eye makeup. I like to apply the compact powder blusher with the perfect brush: The Real Technique Blush Brush.

EYE MAKE-UP: The KIKO Long Lasting Stick Eyeshadow  is a creamy shiny long lasting eyeshadow, great if you are looking for a quick way of adding some colour or like in this case some glowto your face. It's very easy to apply and can be smudged on your eyelids using your fingertips.
The savior of my working days is the Jouvert black mascara. No words can describe how much I am in love with this mascara. Jouvert is a beautiful new dutch brand coming to UK soon, where price and quality goes arm in arm. This is an intense long lasting black mascara that makes my eyes pop out even when I look really tired and still sleepy and I am not wearing any other make-up. So if you are looking for natural looking voluminous lashes this mascara is what you need.

So everyone this is my easy summery cycling to work make up routine.
It's just the perfect look that you can achieve even if you are not a makeup fan or you don't have much time available.
You can find some of the products mentioned above in my "What I love this week" section on the right inside of the blog sidebar  or in the "Buy the products" section here below :)
