After the big success of the Acure Organics firming body lotion I used during the summer just passed (read more about it here ), I wanted to try a new Acure product that would confirm the good feeling I had on this green natural brand as soon as I tried it.

Acure Organics Night Cream was my first choice. Wonder why? Well apparently it's the "Nature's nocturnal miracle"..and now you tell me how can you put it back on the shelf eh?

Pampering Sunday with DIY Honey and Brown Sugar Natural Lip Scrub.

With the start of the new Autumn season and the cold weather setting in, to me and I'm sure to many of you too, this is very exciting because it means once again wearing cozy jumpers, starting to use my hot water bottle again, taking out the fluffy socks to wear around the house but it also means switching to darker lipsticks, oh yes! 

Dark red, burgundy, purple, aubergine, all amazing shades that I can't wait to start to wearing again!

But there is something important that I have recently learnt: For a good application of darker shades, you need a proper pampering session for your lips and for me, this means using a good lip scrub.

As a beauty blogger and beauty lover, I am always looking for new products to try.Up to now it has been difficult to find a nice natural lip scrub that would be worth purchasing. So "If Mohammed will not go to the mountain, the mountain must come to Mohammed", in other words, I made one myself a: DIY Honey and Brown Sugar Lip Scrub.

Make-up and cake : perfect combo for a lovely afternoon.

I have always been quiet into make-up since I was young, but in the last few years watching make-up tutorials on You Tube really made it become a passion. I get inspired everyday, trying new things and playing with colours and brushes which I love, but what I was very curious about was to test my make-up skills on other people than myself.

Well last Saturday I was lucky enough to be asked by one of the most beautiful ladies I know, to

 do her make-up for a wedding she was attending.

Despite the fact the season of shiny lip gloss is nearly over and autumn season is at the door, I was very curious to try KORRES make-up products, especially after trying their Almond and Linseed shampoo which I loved! ( have a read here at my past review if interested :) ).
